Finding Your Stillness.

In my day to day life, I seek stillness and inner calm.

Without stillness, I am drawn to hurt, anger, unhappiness and all the thoughts and actions associated with this turbulence.

When I am away from the stillness and in the turbulence, I react, misbehaviour and miscreate and this feeds a downwards negative cycle.

What is this answer?

Return to the stillness within myself.

Here I am nourished, restored, refreshed, re-orientated and able to respond to myself, others and the world with right thoughts, right emotions, right speech and right action.
