SUMMARY:Mon Meditation Evening
DESCRIPTION:You are invited to join a group of meditators &amp\; spiritual 
 aspirants on 2 Monday evenings a month for 1.5hrs. (the two Mondays closes
 t to the full moon)\n\nTime: 7 pm to 8.30 pm.\nProgram:\nThe evening will 
 begin with a short talk on one of many spiritual topics taught in Pranic H
 ealing. Each session will have a different content &amp\; focus so you can
  attend all or any of these evenings.\nThen we will use one of the Pranic 
 Healing Meditations- Twin Hearts\, Blue Pearl or The Lord’s Prayer Medit
 ation *Twin Hearts Meditation read more*\n\nTheme: How to integrate spirit
 ual principles into our day-to-day life It will be a beautiful opportunity
  to practice &amp\; deepen our meditation practice together &amp\; share o
 ur experiences\n\nVenue: Here at the Pranic Healing Centre in Newmarket &a
