The guided Twin Hearts Meditation begins at 8 pm AEST (Qld Time)

When your name is added to our list the Zoom link will be sent to you and will remain active for all the meditations that month
For maximum benefit complete at least 5 mins of exercises prior to the session and have your hand spray and salt water in a bucket close by for etheric hygiene.
